Lara advises our customers in French-speaking Switzerland and supports them with practical tips and creative solutions for reducing food waste.Thanks to her many years of experience in catering and institutional food service, Lara understands the challenges of the industry and the complexity of the issue. She supports her clients with her expertise and contributes ideas to find tailored solutions together. Lara juggles different cultures and wants to establish Foodways in French-speaking Switzerland.
Lara has a diploma in hospitality and catering HF and obtained the CAS “Sustainable Food” from the Bern University of Applied Sciences BFH.
