Philip, our dedicated marketing and communications specialist, combines his passion for food with in-depth marketing knowledge. Inspired by Michelin-starred chef José Andrés, he believes that discussions about nutrition are key to overcoming future challenges. This conviction makes him the ideal voice to spread our messages and stories.

Philip began his professional career in Basel with a PR internship at Coop, followed by a position as project manager in business and innovation development. His keen interest in sustainability issues and the hospitality industry led him to GAIA Hotel Basel, where he implemented Foodways’ Food Save Management system. He was then responsible for marketing for all Mövenpick Hotels in Switzerland.

Philip holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
