As a trained chef, Leonie has an overview of the most important sustainability issues in the food industry. With her practical gastronomy know-how, she accompanies your team on the way to its Food Save goals.

Leonie brings her experience in award-winning restaurants and as a production manager at a sustainable catering company to your company in order to jointly implement effective concepts against food waste.

She sees great potential in environmental education to anchor the conscious handling of food in the team. With her degree in Education & Psychology and Environmental Sciences at the University of Zurich, she combines science with practice – for a sustainable food industry.
